Head & Neck exercises... easy
Jym has been designed so you can safely perform neck and head exercises with ease. Using your own body’s resistance you can perform a range of exercises either standing, sitting or even lying down. You can repeat the exercises using the left and right side of your head and then the front and back.
By holding Jym against your head you will create your own isometric exercise and by using the five different modes you can set a different routine and goals each time. This is and excellent way to strengthen your head and neck muscles to improve posture and help prevent injuries in the future.
